My career history along with personal passions have led me to create this business and also establish my other business fitboutique.co.uk, a female fitness wear brand, which was established in 2014.
Since my early years, I cherished accompanying my parents to the gym, fostering an active and sporty family lifestyle. This ingrained a lasting passion for maintaining fitness and well-being from within and I have gone on to take part (and place) in three competitive body fitness competitions.
In 2014 I took part in my show, my daughter had just turned 1...
