  2. Verify the Details
    • Ensure the product is identical in terms of model number, size, colour, and condition.
    • Check that the price is currently available and not a past or future sale price.
    • Verify that the retailer is one of our approved qualifying retailers and the product isn’t sold by unauthorised retailers, auctions and marketplace sites such as eBay or Amazon.
  3. Contact Us
    • Email us, call us or drop us a live chat message in the corner of the screen below. See our contact page for more details.
    • Provide proof of the lower price and details of the qualifying retailer by sending us a link to the online store.
    • Our team will verify the price and the retailer.
  4. Receive Your Price Match
    • Once verified, we will match the lower price.
    • While we are committed to offering the best prices, our price match guarantee doesn’t apply to purchases already made. Unfortunately, once your order is completed, we are unable to adjust the prices of individual items.

Terms and Conditions

  • Identical Product: The product must be identical in brand, model number, size, colour, and condition.
  • Qualifying Retailers: We price match against approved online and local retailers. We do not price match against auction sites, membership clubs, or third-party sellers.
  • Current Price: The price must be currently available at the time of the request.
  • One Price Match Per Item: Each item is eligible for one price match.
  • Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
    • Clearance, closeout, and liquidation sales.
    • Items sold as part of a bundle.
    • Special financing offers or promotions.
    • Typographical errors or misprints.
    • Prices advertised as part of a paid membership program.
    • Competitor’s prices on used, damaged, returned, open-box, or display merchandise.
